Different roof constructions can incorporate dormers, skylights and balconies.

Loft and attic conversions can be a great way of adding value to your property.

In most instances loft and attic conversions will not even need planning permission. The project can be mainly done via access from scaffolding without having to disturb the main house till late on in the project.[/vc_column_text][vc_cta_button call_text=”Transform your loft into a spectacular new living space” target=”_self” color=”theme-default” icon=”none” size=”wpb_regularsize” position=”cta_align_bottom” title=”Call us today” href=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][large_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”3/4″ el_class=”casestudy”][headline_box text=”Case Study: Loft Conversion Sheffield S8″][vc_column_text]We went to see the clients Mick and Marion to look at their proposed loft conversion with balcony and dormer. We worked with them to realise their vision for the completed project.

Balcony – enjoying great views of Sheffield, Mick and Marion wanted to take advantage of their vantage point with views across Sheffield and beyond. We installed opening out skylights which led to an external balcony with a steel and glass balustrade.

Dormer – to create more head height in the loft we raised the ridge height and installed a dormer to the rear.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″]

We are so pleased with our new space.
